Celanese Full Scale Exercise June 19, 2024

Celanese will be conducting a full-scale exercise with its industrial mutual aid partners and Edmonton Fire Rescue Services from 800 – 1400 hours. During this time, residents may notice an increased presence of emergency vehicles and simulated emergency scenarios. These actions are part of the planned exercise and not an actual emergency.

Routine training exercises conducted on member sites gives industry and municipal partners the opportunity to continually test and improve emergency response plans.
